Staff was great and attentive to needs, ensured we had water and free beverages (peach no-sugar water, cola, apple juice) in fridge.
The room we got was their deluxe king room but it had a bunch of random stains on the wall, the carpet, and the shower had black mold dots around the caulking of the tiles. I believe our room was 807
Laundry was expensive and we had to find a self-launder laundromat in the area.
Entrance to the hotel (1st floor) had so many mosquitos inside but luckily they're a bit isolated as you needed to use the elevator to go to the actual check-in counter on the 4th floor.
Lobby was nicely decorated, and so were the rooms. We chose it since it was well-rated for cleanliness but it didn't meet our expectations for that.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The MRT and bus stop is so close and easy to get anywhere in Singapore. There is a small food court near by where we got some delicious waffles for breakfast.

A fantastic place to stay, room very clean and fresh, staff lovely, pool great, so close to mrt 2 lines right there, starbucks around the corner and a food court next door, great experience, thank you Oakwood

Great hotel, in an excellent location, with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size, and clean and comfortable, and it was serviced daily.
