Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were given early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay much easier, and we were also able to leave our luggage after checking out. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Bencoolen MRT, with bus stops and shopping centres nearby. The room was clean overall and comfortable.
The room could have been cleaner and better maintained. There was noticeable dust, particularly on the cupboard and table. The room was also a bit compact, but this is understandable given the central location.

Very clean and comfortable room. Good location next to the MRT and some good eating places nearby . Nice staff .
The room was small - no room for the bags without some juggling .
