Super spacious! Great size. Nice decor. Comfortable mattresses and sofa. Lovely children’s bedroom. Everything you could need. Very clean and well presented. Good communication with management. Lovely shower in small bathroom - we used this 99% of the time. Great washing machine and dryer. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi also! Hairdryer in the bathroom. Appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge on arrival!

The parking situation is a little frustrating. Completely understandable with being in the city centre but with having a private courtyard outside the apartments at the property, it would make complete sense to be able to facilitate visitors just to unload luggage there. And then find alternative parking. With children in tow, this would have been a massive help. We had small issues such as the air con on arrival. It was difficult to navigate and would have been great to have been set up and running prior to our arrival. Main lights in the bathroom did not work on arrival, but was sorted the very next day. The water pressure in the main bathroom needs looking at. The toilet would take a very long time to refill, the bath and the tap on the sink were slow to run - even then the plug did not fit in the bath and so it was impossible to fill. Not ideal with small children. The shower attachment in the main bathroom needs updating also. More towels! We had to wash them constantly as there are no bath/shower mats to place on the floor after a shower. So we would use the towels given. Very minor issue. Struggled to get tv working or streaming anything. More pillows - master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the pillows were awful! One was semi decent, the other needs to go in the bin. Lumpy and horrible. Destroyed my neck and back. Low supply of toilet paper
