Madamarté - 301 by Houset

The location was great & the accommodation has most of the amenities needed for the stay. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light.

The apartment doesn’t have a proper AC, but rather the portable one with the hose you need to extract through the window. This means that the windows cannot be shut all the way & the location, while close to city center, is noisy due to closeby cafes & traffic. All this made sleeping not the best experience. Apart from that, there are also some tiles etc that have cracked or fallen off on random places around the walls, but this didn’t bother us - just mentioning it FYI.

Close to town centre, station znd Monza Park. Good location. Spacious 1 bedroom flat.

Lacking some basics e.g. tea towels, toiletries for duration of stay, cushions for sofa. Flat was noisy.

The location was good and the rooms are rather large.

The online check-in process was a bit cumbersome.

J'ai réservé l'appartement pour 5 nuits et il était important pour moi de m'y sentir bien. J'ai été très agréablement surprise par la taille et l'agencement de l'appartement. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, en bon état, rien ne manque. Très bon emplacement. Je suis venue en train. La gare est à 10-12 minutes à pied, l'adresse simple à trouver. L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble moderne et bien entretenu, à deux pas du centre et proche de toutes les commodités (arrêt de bus, supermarché, restaurants). J'ai été reçue par Andrea, qui est très réactif. La communication a été rapide et efficace avant et pendant mon séjour. Le petit plus : la bibliothèque !

Je pense qu'un ou deux sacs supplémentaires pour les poubelles de la cuisine seraient utiles pour les personnes qui, comme moi, passent plusieurs nuits.
