Close to town centre, station znd Monza Park. Good location. Spacious 1 bedroom flat.
Lacking some basics e.g. tea towels, toiletries for duration of stay, cushions for sofa. Flat was noisy.

Excellent !
J'ai réservé l'appartement pour 5 nuits et il était important pour moi de m'y sentir bien. J'ai été très agréablement surprise par la taille et l'agencement de l'appartement. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, en bon état, rien ne manque. Très bon emplacement. Je suis venue en train. La gare est à 10-12 minutes à pied, l'adresse simple à trouver. L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble moderne et bien entretenu, à deux pas du centre et proche de toutes les commodités (arrêt de bus, supermarché, restaurants). J'ai été reçue par Andrea, qui est très réactif. La communication a été rapide et efficace avant et pendant mon séjour. Le petit plus : la bibliothèque !
Je pense qu'un ou deux sacs supplémentaires pour les poubelles de la cuisine seraient utiles pour les personnes qui, comme moi, passent plusieurs nuits.

В квартире очень жарко, два вентилятора которые есть в наличии не справляются с жарой, кондиционер просто необходимость для этого места.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro.
Ottima posizione, appartamento luminoso. Terzo piano, con ascensore, di un grande palazzo ma il contesto è tranquillo.
Comunicazione con l'agenzia che lo gestisce non ottimale. La mail con le istruzioni per il check-in è arrivata due giorni dopo l'arrivo in struttura. Fortunatamente il proprietario dell'agenzia è molto disponibile e mi ha inviato tutto via whatsapp.
