Die Wohnung hat mir gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr modern und hat eine gute Klimaanlage.
Die Lage draußen ist allerdings nicht so gut. Auf der Straße liegt Müll, und die Gegend wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe für 4 Personen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem nicht so schönen Viertel von Monza. Es handelt sich um einen Hochhausblock, der mit Zutrittskontrolle gesichert ist. Auch die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine elektrische 4 fach Verriegelung. Das machte auf uns nicht den Eindruck, dass es sich um eine sichere Wohngegend handelte.Die Wohnung könnte hier und da einige Schlnheitsreparaturen vertragen. Auch war der Griff von der Badezimmertür ab, sodass wir sie nicht schliessen konnten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch nicht optimal. Da es sich um ein Wohnviertel handelt sind die wenigen Parkplätze heiss begehrt.
