Safety is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectation
Location
We booked this apartment for 7 nights but left immediately upon arrival, as based on what we observed we did not consider it suitable or safe for a stay with a minor child or for us as adults. There were visible wall stains consistent with prior water damage, including in the bedroom and closet, where mold could not be ruled out without professional inspection, as well as exposed components, accessible items, and broader safety and cleanliness concerns. We raised these issues promptly and in good faith. Despite the fact that we did not stay a single night, there was no willingness to provide any compensation, nor was the apartment made available again for others to book during the remaining period. It is also worth noting that we were unable to upload all photographic evidence, as the system did not allow us to add some images, including those showing wall staining in the bedroom and other room, which limits transparency for future guests. As parents, safety is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectations, and we cannot recommend this accommodation to families with children, or to other guests, based on our experience.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Monza
Central location. Recently renovated with new furniture and fixtures. Comfortable bed albeit a bit firm. Washing machine with dryer. Some soap, detergent, coffee etc. present to kick off our stay. Great/easy communication with host.
Some important equipment / utensils were missing, e.g. iron/ironing board and kitchen knives. Not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

Residenza in centro ma in un via silenziosa e tranquilla Appartamento dotato di ogni confort Letti super comodi e biancheria di qualità Non manca davvero nulla e letteralmente in centro. Consigliatissimo
Mi è piaciuto tutto se posso consigliare anche se non è indispensabile ma sarebbe carino lasciare la scelta di un cuscino anche più alto per il letto e la sala ha una tv gigantesca La camera pur avendo la predisposizione potreste dotare anche li di una piccina a muro. Lo dico perché se ci si vuole rilassare ma si viaggia con figli ecc magari quella in sala poi è occupata ma è un minimo suggerimento.

Soggiorno fantastico.
L'appartamento è spazioso e completo di ogni confort. L'accesso in struttura viene eseguito tramite piattaforma online, pertanto non c'è il "fastidio" di dover portare le chiavi... basta il telefono. L'host è raggiungibile a tutte le ore e risponde in maniera immediata alle richieste. La posizione è molto comoda, sarà a 70 mt dal Duomo di Monza.
