The first thing that we didn't like is that the property is managed by an agency. They charged us 50 euros for "late" check-in, between 11 and 12 pm, although the check-in hours on the booking page were saying 16:00 - 00:00. When we came to the apartment, the guy told us that they had a hot water issue that day, but that is fixed. He was opening the water and testing, but didn't mention whether hot water was coming or not. Ten minutes after he left, we tried to get a shower, but there was no hot water at all. We thought that maybe it's still not warmed up, so we decided to go to sleep because we were tired from the trip (especially the kids), and to try in the morning. When we woke up and tried, same story, no hot water. We messaged the host, and they fixed it that afternoon. The second bed was not prepared for sleeping when we came. We expected it to be, since we were coming late and with the kids. The apartment is missing several key things, like shower gel and shampoo, several kitchen utensils, and slippers... The garage is quite narrow, even for a mid-sized car. When we booked the place, the garage was not charged, and they told us that is free when we reserved the space. But when we came, they tried to charge us 19 euros per day, so I had to show the message from the reservation, which said it was free.
