Great host, lovely city view, great sunrise view over the city, close to everything, including the Promenade.
No AirCon and in a middle of a heat wave. However, the large bay doors were kept open and there was a pedestal fan which certainly made a huge difference.

Philipe is an excellent host. The apartment was very clean, with towels and bed linen well organized, and it has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent, close to public transportation, supermarkets, cafés, the beach, and the city center, with easy access to other places on the Riviera. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
In August, it’s very hot, and despite the large windows, it remains warm inside. I would replace the fan with an air conditioner.

good location, near to the beach and walking distance to the city center
There was no AC, it was very hot in the apartment, the bathroom felt like a sauna. Also there was no soap.
