The property is at a great location. The beach and the promenade des Anglais is just 5minutes away and the old city center about 20minutes away. The tram is also just a couple minutes away. The apartment is nice, it has everything you could ever need. The owner is also really nice, he let us leave our baggage until 6pm since we had a late flight.
The only problem with this apartment is the bed. It’s actually a sofa bed. We knew that before we booked it but we didn’t expect it to be so uncomfortable. The problem with it is it has a hole in the middle so we slept horizontally on the bed all scrunched up.

Communication with the host was great the whole time! He was waiting for us at the apartment to check-in and went through everything we need to know. This place is the perfect location to be in Nice. Walking discount to the free beach area, restaurants, cafes & even discount supermarket. We'll be back for sure.

Apartment was close to the T2 train line, promenade, restaurants, supermarket and beach
Kitchen and balcony were comfortable and clean
Great location
On a few nights upstairs neighbours were noisy.
Seemed to enjoy moving furniture for no reason!

Very practical little apartment in a quiet street. Kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. Just a few minutes' walk to the promenade and supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within easy reach. The small craft beer bar on Rue St Philippe is particularly good. Hosts were helpful.
