Very spacious apartment with modern amenities, full kitchen with oven, microwave, cook top, dishwasher. Washing machine machine AND plenty of air conditioning. It is a top floor apartment without a lift, so the stairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
Since we opted to avoid a cleaning fee, we had to vacuum and mop floors prior to checkout. We discovered the vacuum cleaner was jammed with lint, dust, debris, and lots of hair; indicating that the vacuum had not been cleaned in some time. Also, the water kettle had significant scale build-up which was difficult to clean. Not major things but details the property manager should note.

Super emplacement, très calme, la Clim nous a aidé à passé un super moment en cette canicule. C’était très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter de Poitiers.
