Superbe appartement avec balcon et vue sur le clain.

Appartement bien pensé. Jean-claude a pensé à tout pour ses locataires. Agréable balcon.. Lits confortàbles. Merci pour les petites attentions ( petites brioches)

Heureusement que l'arrivée n'étais au milieu de la nuit

Appartement propre calme bien équipé. Très bien pour 4 personnes

Étant un peu sourd, je n'ai pas apprécié que la serrure connecté parle doucement et surtout en anglais. Tant et si bien que nous avons bloquer l'ouverture. Heureusement le propriétaire habitant dans l'immeuble et ayant reçut une notification sur son téléphone, il est arrivé moins de 2 minutes après le blocage

Nous avons apprécié la vue sur le Clain depuis la petite terrasse. ainsi que la proximité du centre ville. Appartement conforme à la description. Le café fourni avec la cafetière est très bon. Notre hôte a été réactif et aimable.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de places de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble mais on peut se garer en face sur le boulevard.

L’appartement était propre et les petites intentions du propriétaire était sympathique : serviettes bien disposées, petite brioche offerte , machine à café remplie

Le stationnement n’est pas du plus facile car souvent parking plein mais ça reste correct
