Very central and very clean and very good value!

Very good value in Manila. Modern building with comfortable rooms for sleeping. IKEA furniture was very functional to optimize the relatively small space. Bathrooms and rooms were well equipped and every appliance provided in the room worked as it should. Although small, the room served well for resting after a day out. For such a low rate, the place even has free wifi, and a roof top pool with lounging space.

Room maintenance wasn't done when we requested. Gym was supposed to have aircon but it was not a cooled space. Water was provided via pitchers and a central water cooler dispenser instead of bottled. The location is not the most convenient as the surrounding streets were forcing longer routes which was evident whenever we called for a Grab. Not much within 10 minute walk

They allowed us to hangout and enjoy the pool before check in. Early check in costs, so that was a nice consolation. Staff are lovely, facilities are very clean. Gym, rooftop pool and free laundry are fantastic amenities!!

We knew the rooms were small, but they are very small for 2 people. It is not a double bed, it is a single with a pullout extension. The bed takes up about 50% of the room. No food options nearby, so most guests relied heavily on grab. It is treated more like a long stay accommodation, so cleaning and even extra toilet paper (other than 1 roll) all cost money, so just be prepared!

Le rooftop et la gentillesse du personnel.

La clim qui fait un bruit horrible, le lit 1 place, le fait que l'on me fasse payer 285P car ma serviette était trop sale (j'avais juste marché dessus pieds nu après avoir marché en claquette toute la journée)... Situé à côté d'un boulevard dont le trafic est hyper dense, difficile de se déplacer à pied
