Appartement très confortable, idéalement situé Système très pratique pour y accéder en toute autonomie. Propreté impeccable, literie de qualité!
Quelques petites adaptations permettraient de diminuer la chaleur intérieure lors des canicules sans forcément installer de clim

Équipements modernes, avec tout ce qu’il y a de plus utile. Un parking privé disponible. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs à disposition.

Die Unterkunft ist superschön eingerichtet, großzügig, modern und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Ein Supermarkt direkt daneben, Bäckerei schräg gegenüber , die Metrostation 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung wird als klimatisiert bezeichnet, was definitiv nicht so ist. Es gibt KEINE Klimaanlage, nur 2 Ventilatoren, einen im Wohnzimmer und einen im Schlafzimmer. Bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur bringen die Ventilatoren leider nur wenig Erleichterung. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung super. Würde sie sofort wieder nehmen, aber nicht zwischen Juni und August.
