Estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado muy útil, funciona muy bien.
El portalón para entrar al parking es bastante estrecho, si tenéis un coche mediano-grande, quizá tengáis que ir a otro sitio a aparcar (nuestro caso).

Appartamento in posizione ideale, di fronte alla fermata della metropolitana e a pochi passi dal centro. Ottima pulizia, arredamento curato, silenzioso. Terzo piano senza ascensore.

L'emplacement du logement est idéal, au pied du métro et du tram. Le logement est très calme, donnant sur la cour intérieure. L'aménagement du logement est bien pensé. Et la climatisation est le plus essentiel avec les chaleurs. Si je reviens à Toulouse, je le louerai à nouveau.
