Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a condominium that has just been renovated (2023), the accommodation is fully equipped and has all the comforts you need to ensure you want for nothing: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, fitted kitchen and small balcony.

- A pleasant, tastefully decorated living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and an eating area with 2 chairs.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- A double bedroom with 140x190 bed and large wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC

- Small balcony overlooking Place Lafourcade and the magnificent ‘Ariège et Garonne’ fountain.

Close to shops and very well served by public transport (metro, tram, bus) the flat is ideal for a business or leisure stay.
