A living area with a chaise longue.
A kitchenette for reheating simple meals (as shown in the photos).
A defined sleeping area, with the bed placed between two walls (limited space to move around the bed).
A shower room with toilet.
A private terrace, directly accessible from the studio.
Bed linen and one large towel per person are included.
No linen change is provided during the stay, regardless of length.
An additional linen set is available for €15.

The studio is 23 m².
Ground-floor apartment, which may be dark.
No shutters: curtains only, so morning light may enter.
Bed positioned between two walls: may not be suitable for everyone.
Two small steps to access the sleeping area.
Kitchenette not renovated, as shown in the photos.
Limited storage; the apartment is designed for short stays.
No air conditioning: the apartment can be warm in summer (fan provided).
Limited sound insulation: noise from neighbors may be heard.
The terrace is not enclosed, visible from other buildings, with basic outdoor furniture.
