My Sweet Home - Zakšínská - Prague

Byt je moc pěkný, v moderním stylu, opravdu čistý, komunikace s pronajímateli výborná. Moc pohodlné matrace - i na rozkládací pohovce se spalo opravdu perfektně. Oceňuji i vysavač a také malé pohoštění na uvítanou. Také v kuchyni bylo vše potřebné. A je zde mnoho úložného prostoru!

Chyběl mi koš 🗑️nebo nádoby na třídění odpadu - jsem zvyklá třídit plast, papír a komunální odpad. Ale pomohli jsme si igelitkou. 🛍️ Koupelna 🛀- osvětlení 🔦bylo nedostatečné (říkám tomu bludička:-) - doporučuji pořídit silnější i kvůli líčení. Naopak v ložnici bylo super denní světlo, ale zase tam nebylo zrcadlo 🪞- hodilo by se nad komody. Klimatizace ☀️❄️ - vzhledem k extrémnim teplotám by byla opravdu fajn, nebo alespoň větrák. Anebo lepší stínění. Ještě jedno upozornění - věšáky v šatní skříni jsou dost vysoko, a to i na mého muže, který měří 183 cm. Ale až tak to nevadilo.

Krásné, útulné, čisté, vše v perfektním stavu.

Jen malá poznámka-dle mého, doplnit sítě do oken proti komárům. Jinak vše skvělé.

Permatraveler/digital nomad here. One of the top 3 most beautiful apartments in the last few years, much nicer than in the pix! Smells of cleanliness and scented candles. Quiet residential area, I've never heard any noise from the outside. Neither did I hear any TV, music or running water inside, though if the upstairs neighbors wore slippers, instead of impacting the floor with their heels, it would be nice ;-) 4th floor out of 5 with an elevator. Excellent WiFi. The best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in any rental anywhere. Enough trash bags, and of the perfumed kind. Plenty of towels in the bathroom; new and fluffy ones! Plenty of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo. All in elegant dispensers, not in the plastic bottles they come in from the supermarket. Enough of quality toilet paper and paper towels. Comfortable king-size bed. Plenty of cabinets to unpack your stuff. Nice, full-size rectangular dining table, perfectly fine to use as a desk too. Perfect, and easily-regulated heating in both the main room, the bedroom and the bathroom. Windows to the northwest, so presumably not too hot in the summer. Once you get here, you'll discover that the place is a lot easier to find in reality than on Google Maps. The city bus stop is 5 minutes away, and the buses run every few minutes. Though the subway station is so close that it's perfectly fine to walk there; and again, it's much easier to find than the online maps suggest. There's a small convenience store "Potraviny" nearby, though you'll have to take a bus to get to one of the large supermarkets in the area. All in all, a real "home away from home," clearly maintained with love, rather than just your typical "short-term rental." Snatch it before someone else does!

The only thing I missed and that surprised me by its absence among all this perfection: A washer, if not a washer-dryer. There's a laundry place nearby, yes. But you can't wash you pants! Because you can't walk to/from the laundry without them.
