Lovely apartment, Garden, Parking, Wifi, Netflix

Cerca de la parada de metro con parking (p+r) para recorrer Praga. El dueño nos explicó todo muy bien. Apartamento con todo lo necesario, cómodo. Terraza estupenda. Parque infantil en la misma propiedad. Cerca de supermercados. Parking incluido en la reserva.

Baño en la planta superior. A nosotros no nos importó pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta para gente con problemas de movilidad.

Jeśli dla kogoś w podróży liczy się komfort i czystość to lokum u Petera i Hany jest wymarzonym miejscem. Na początku zaznaczę, że podróżowaliśmy samochodem, więc odległość naszego noclegu od centrum nie stanowiła problemu, jednak dla podróżujących komunikacją miejską mam dobrą wiadomość - w pobliżu jest przystanek autobusowy, którym można dojechać do większych węzłów komunikacyjnych. Apartament ma doskonałą infrastrukturę dookoła - jest duży market Globus, w którym jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. W sąsiedztwie jest także Rossmann, pepeco i kilka sieciowych restauracji oraz stacja benzynowa i myjnia. Mieszkanie to połowa domu gospodarzy - wejście parterowe. Dostaliśmy klucz do drzwi i pilota do bramy, przed domem przygotowane specjalne miejsce parkingowe dla gości. Apartament ma dwa piętra - na dole hol oddzielony drzwiami od salonu, aneksu kuchennego i sypialni w jednym. Powierzchnia bardzo komfortowa. Na piętrze jest duża łazienka z prysznicem. Mieszkanie ekstremalnie czyste i doskonale wyposażone - jest dosłownie wszystko, nawet śmieci można segregować ;-) Po trudach dnia codziennego można z drinkiem usiąść na tarasie i delektować się ciszą - ogród dzielony z gospodarzami. Żadnego zgiełku miejskiego, tylko spokój. Wspaniałe miejsce i super gospodarze.

Jak mówi ludowe przysłowie "Gdybyś zmienił się w złoto, i tak znaleźliby się tacy, którzy woleliby srebro" - no ideałów nie ma, więc i nam zabrakło do niego odrobiny. Byliśmy w Pradze podczas ekstremalnych temperatur, mieszkanie wieczorem było mocno nagrzane. Nawet pomimo ciągle włączonego sufitowego wiatraka, było bardzo gorąco - zabrakło nam klimatyzacji lub moskitier. Ideałem byłoby jedno i drugie, ale już nawet jedna moskitiera załatwiłaby sprawę. Wieczorem, gdy chcieliśmy wpuścić trochę chłodu do mieszkania, wpuszczaliśmy także komary, syn wrócił z kilkunastoma ugryzieniami. Z kolei gdy byliśmy zamknięci, to nie mogliśmy spać przez duchotę i gorąc.

Casa molto bella completa di tutto e curata nei minimi particolari. Bello il giardino dove si può mangiare. A 500 metri c'è un grande centro commerciale e la fermata dei numerosi bus che portano al centro città.

The apartment was very clean on our check in. The kitchen had everything what you need for longer stays. When I asked for detergents for cleaning the toilet bowl, floor and sinks, the landlord's wife gave us on the same day so I was glad for it because there's no cleaning service, you're doing this yourself, so I cleaned up what was already dirty etc Parking space!!! We really appreciate it. Location super close to the local shopping centre. The landlord allowed to have our small dog with us and we absolutely appreciate it 💓💗💓

Absolutely No Privacy!!! This apartment is next to the landlord's apartment with common garden on which all the time somebody of his family was sitting outside. So we felt like they watching 👀 on us what we're doing. When we were outside, they were outside too. When we had a mini celebration of first birthday on my daughter with a cake and soft drinks we were on the table in the garden together with landlord's wife and childrens sitting on their side in the garden and watching on us... We just wanted a Privacy for a while and didn't have it. They didn't leave us at least for a hour. We were there for 10 nights and all that was unpleasant. We didn't enjoy the garden! They have on the window on staircase in the hallway EMPTY boxes of cookies offering them like a gift 🤦‍♀️?! We're travelling around the Europe and slept on so many different places and seeing something like that for very first time?! If that supposed to be a gift why the cookie's boxes are empty? Yeah, beautiful boxes but empty? Of course we didn't take this "gift" Troubles with the TV. They didn't offer clean bed linen after at least half of our stay which was 5 days. We were there for 10 days.
