One bedroom penthouse apartment # 82 in the brand new building close to the city center with free parking

We had a very pleasant stay! We especially appreciated that the apartment was already cooled down when we arrived, with the air conditioning on, which was very comfortable after the journey. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really liked the location — everything we needed was nearby, and the main attractions were easy to reach. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Unfortunately, there were also a few issues during our stay. The floor had a dried, stuck-on berry on it, as well as some dirt in several places. We have photos of the issues. There was also some confusion with the check-in. The message we received one day before arrival said that check-in was from 15:00, while the information in the Booking.com app stated that it was from 16:00. We arrived at around 16:10, but there were no keys in the key box. We called the phone numbers provided in the message. One of the numbers was not valid at all. On the other number, a man answered and said that he would come downstairs and give us the keys. We waited for about 20 minutes. During that time, we saw two women come downstairs with a bunch of keys, put them into the key boxes, and leave. We then decided to check the boxes ourselves, and found that our key had actually been placed there. However, nobody informed us that the key had been put in the box. If we had not been standing near the key boxes and checked them ourselves, we would not have known that the key had been left there. Overall, the check-in process could definitely have been handled more clearly and efficiently.

Dużym plusem jest obecna klimatyzacja, taras widokowy, przestrzeń w samym obiekcie.

Zdecydowanie do dopracowania czystość. Pęki kurzu były na podłodze w każdym pomieszczeniu widać że nawet sama podłoga nie była dokładnie sprzątnięta. Przy wynajęciu obiektu na 4osoby na 2 komplety pościeli musieliśmy nawlekać poszewki sami, pozostałe dwa były przygotowane. Przydałoby się również zapewnić chociaż szczotkę bykom samodzielnie zamieść podłogę w trakcie pobytu.

Świetna lokalizacja - kilka/kilkanaście minut od Starego miasta tramwajem. Przystanek zaraz obok budynku.

Wygoda kanapy mogłaby być większa. Mieliśmy też problemy z wifi.

Location is good, not too close to the city center, but the subway station and tram stop is just a few steps away. Amenities are good, very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Having a cutting board in the kitchen would be a huge plus:) We were blessed with comfortable weather, but I imagine it can be quite hot in the apartment during summer - there is an air conditioner in the larger room, but we didn't try.

Power outlets in the kitchen didn't work properly - we couldn't charge our phones there and had to use the fridge extension cord in order to heat the food in the microwave. Also, we lacked some linen - there were two pillow cases for four pillows and only one bedsheet instead of two.
