APT with sunny garden Prague by Michal&Friends

The apartment itself was very cozy: the combination of old historical buildings and loft elements inside. We were travelling with a big family and it suits perfectly for all of us: separate rooms, all equipped and a wonderful living room combined with a kitchen. Moreover, special thanks to the garden, where smoking is allowed. The location was close to the old city and at the same time calm with a big park nearby. We've enjoyed it a lot!

As we had a big family we were pleased to have 2 pairs of keys instead of one, but that's not necessary.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague and were very happy with our booking. The accommodation was spaciouseèè and comfortable, which made it perfect for our family trip as a group. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby metro station—it made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. At the same time, the neighborhood itself was fun and quiet, giving us a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. Overall, a great balance of accessibility and comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

The floorboards seemed a little bit loose so they made some unconfutable squeaking noise while walking and the beds could use a change. But its not that bad.

I wanted to share some thoughts about our stay. The heating has been a bit tricky — it works for a day after contacting you, but then turns off again, so we have to ask every day. It makes the apartment quite cold at times. The apartment is very spacious and bright, which we really liked. However, it seems a bit old and could use some renovation. There are no power outlets near the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The sound insulation is also not great — we could hear footsteps from upstairs and other noises in the building, which sometimes disturbed us. Overall, we enjoyed the space and light, but some of these things made the stay a bit less comfortable.

The heating only works for about a day after contacting you, then turns off again, so we have to request it daily. Then a child in the hallway would start crying and shouting. Throughout the day, there are constant vibrations in the building, likely due to its old condition, which makes it hard to feel comfortable. Overall, we appreciated the space and light, but these issues made the stay less comfortable. Thank you for your attention!

Good location close to public transport and supermarket, pretty quiet and cosy. Loved that there were 2 separate bedrooms and living room and full kitchen as we did cook and wanted some privacy during the stay.

When I booked the apartment through Booking.com, I was given one address. After completing a separate check-in form, we received a different one. I understand it was on me to double-check the correct address and form details, but this was the first time I’d ever encountered such an issue, and I didn’t expect it to happen and only looked at key locker and door code info. Only a few days before our supposed arrival, I received a registration form and a separate cleaning fee request, which had to be completed before receiving the locker and key details. Because we were already travelling, things were hectic. I completed the registration, mistakenly believed I had paid the fee through Booking.com, and assumed I’d received confirmation from the external service. On check-in day, we had no access instructions and no proactive message from the host about the missing fee - communication only began after I reached out. Our flight was delayed, and my mum was travelling separately. She arrived while I was still in the air with no way to contact me. She spent four hours during cold winter night trying to access the wrong apartment using the Booking.com address (and key locker and door code I finally managed to receive from the hosts). She had no internet access and doesn’t speak English, which made the situation even more distressing. I only managed to figure out the issue was in the wrong address and send her the correct details mid-flight, and she finally got in safely. Inside the apartment, the heating ran only until a set temperature and then shut off even though we usually kept the heating at average settings. The shower temperature fluctuated suddenly between very hot and cold, requiring careful adjustment to avoid scalding.
