Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Bellissima la soluzione del balcone abitabile che rende molto più grande e sfruttabile l'alloggio.
La ventilazione dell'alloggio (monolocale) è difficile, nei bagni ciechi si raccoglie molto caldo e umido, sarebbe utile poter ventilare anche quella zona.

Immeuble et environnement très calmes. Appartement propre. Situé au 4e étage avec ascenseur. Belle terrasse. Proche de la mer.
Appartement ancien. Pas de douche. Baignoire étroite. Pas de savons, gel douche, shampoing (même pas un petit échantillon). Lit armoire inconfortable et bruyant. Pas de climatisation, il faisait 32° dans l'appartement.
