The apartment is extremely spacious and bright, located on the first floor with a direct sea view from the large balcony. It comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could possibly need—and more! The strong air conditioning was a huge plus. Des Vespins beach is right across the street, with a designated section for dogs. The location is super convenient, close to plenty of restaurants and local shops.
Due to its location, there is noticeable traffic noise from the main road during rush hour. Also, being just 3 km from Nice Airport, airplane noise (takeoffs and landings) is quite frequent, especially on weekends when flights run every 5 minutes.

È un appartamento molto accogliente ristrutturato e pulito.Ottima location sul lungomare e vicino ad una marina con tanti locali .Doccia rinnovata molto ampia e tenuta bene.Letto grande e comodo.Terrazza abitabile.Unico neo è il parcheggio che è incluso ma non si trova nello stesso edificio e si deve camminare un pochino.

Ev olarak içinde herşey mevcut deniz kenarı konumu güzel
Yatak çarşafları değişmiş denildi gittiğimde kıl tüy saç ne ararsanız vardı. Çarşaflar inanılmaz eski. Havlu bir tane vardı ve geri kalanlar kirli sepetindeydi. Bunların hepsini bildirdim ertesi gün getirildi ama halı yer süpürülmemiş aşırı kirliydi. Banyoda el yıkama sabunu yoktu. Sadece konumunu beğendim. İçerisi temizlik olarak geliştirilmeli çünkü çok kirliydi.
