Cosy appartement CALME rénové proche aéroport gare et mer

The apartment is very spacious and excellently located. The train station is literally right across the street, from where you can get anywhere. The distance from the airport is also quite short. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need. It has a large bedroom, living room, separate kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. It’s clean and stylish. A big plus is that it also comes with a parking spot in the underground garage. Aude, the owner, is an exceptionally kind and helpful person. She sent us photos showing how to get to the apartment and how to reach the garage. She also stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place, it’s better to spend time here than in the center of Nice. We will definitely be back!

A szálláshely rendkívül jó elhelyezkedésű , közel a busz- vasútállomás de gyalogosan a repülőtér is ! Az apartman jól felszerelt, tiszta minden kényelmet kielégítő ! Segítőkész kedves szállásadó ! Legközelebb is ide megyünk !

Everything! It is just in front of the train station to anywhere on the French Rivera. Cosy enough for 2 adults and 2 energetic pre-teens. The decor of the apartment is beautiful, the kind I’d love to have.

Not an issue…Water can seep out of the shower area as the floor is flat and there is no ledge separating the shower area.
