⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely exceptional hospitality! ❤️ From the very first moment, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, generous and always willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. It’s rare to find a resort where the guest truly comes first — and here, you can feel it in every little detail. We are leaving completely impressed and with the best memories. Unfortunately, the private pool never gets any sun due to the way the villa is designed, which makes the water incredibly cold — literally colder than a river! 🥶 As a result, despite having a beautiful private pool, I only managed to use it twice for about 10 minutes each because the water was simply too cold to stay in.

If you want to balance yourself out and relieve stress - Thats immediate as soon as you drive into the gate ❤️ The ambience and levels of harmony here is hard to find. The Staff are the stars of the show being attentive and friendly it really does make the guest experience one of a kind. I love that it’s a smaller facility giving you constant attention and assistance when needed.

Leaving

The resort is like nothing I have experienced before. You are welcomed in the most pleasant manner once you arrive; you are first given a foot soak, afterwards they let you choose from several aromas for the shampoos and soaps in your room, finally they give you tiny pillow samples with different firmness to choose for your pillows. The villa is breathtaking, spacious and the swimming pool is fully private and very nice. You do not have to leave the resort as it is full of activities that can fill your day (yoga classes, pottery classes, wood carving classes, ring making classes, and many more complimentary activities). The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and very kind.

Overall, if you are paying for anything inside the resort (besides the food), it is overpriced. I have stayed in other 5 star resorts in Bali, and I can say the prices of transportation services, the floating breakfast, private activities such as private yoga classes are very overpriced.
