Welcome to Windsong Lodge #4, a cozy second-floor unit just two blocks from Big Powderhorn Mountain and near top ski and cross-country trails. Sleeps 5 and can connect to Lodge #3 for larger groups. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and fresh linens. Pet-friendly and perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling getaways!
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Private bedroom with a queen bed
• Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin top
• Futon in the living room for an extra guest
Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Guest access
You're welcome to relax on the front deck located on the second floor, with convenient parking available right out front. In the backyard, you'll find a fire pit and a volleyball court (available during the summer months). In winter, feel free to build your own snowman or snow sculpture and enjoy the snowy fun!

The unit guidebook contains all the essential information you’ll need.
If you plan to use the indoor fireplace or the outdoor firepit, please bring your own certified firewood.
Lighters and fire starters are provided.
There is and exterior security camera located in the 2nd Floor deck between units 3 and 4. It monitors the 2nd floor deck, stairwell and parking lot, it records audio and video.
There is also a temp sensor inside the unit, its only purpose it to send an alert if the temp inside the unit drops below 40 degrees.
Please note that the property is located in the North Woods, so you may occasionally see wildlife or insects. We’ve taken several preventative measures—such as bed protectors, poison bait stations, and an electrical rodent-deterrent system—but nature may still make an appearance. After all, it is the North Woods.

We needed a place to stay for our annual UP summer vacation and wanted to do something a little different. We primarily chose Windsong because it was budget friendly. Wound up being a fantastic location to get to Little Girl's Point, Black River Harbor, and our favorite places in Ironwood.The check in instructions were very clear, Fredy was very responsive, and everything was clean. It gave us family cabin vibes in the coziest way possible. It was me and my 3 kids aged 15-21. We had just enough space for us and the dogs, but we're used to being in a camper so we managed just fine. 5 people who don't know each other well or who need their own space sometimes need to be prepared to take walks or solo drives (gorgeous scenery, so not a hardship) to get quiet time.We were grateful for the AC and fan; the water was hot and plentiful; and the water pressure was great. We've already started talking about booking for next summer.This isn't on the hosts at all, but be aware if you or your pets do not handle fireworks well, this location is far enough out for people to feel they can let their firework pyromania fly around July 4th. It didn't really bother us or our dogs
