Our happy, extremely private little house sits on 2 lots & backs to the Iron Belle Trail! Minutes to Trails, Lakes & more. Updated floor to ceiling bringing a Light & Bright AZ-modern farmhouse vibe. Slate appliances inc a dishwater! farm sink, butcher-block countertops, coffee/Nespresso bar converted from orig owners 1894 stove, restored wood floors, 3 season porch w/ 1970`s console & vinyls for your evening dance. Large deck & fire pit awaits your bottle of wine or cup of coffee.
Easy access to the trail! Hop on the trail and enjoy walking, biking, ATV`ing, & snowmobiling. Frequent Deer activity in the backyard as their trail also runs along side the lot. True CENTRAL LOCATION! 3 miles S to ABR, 3 miles N to Wolverine trails, 5 minutes to Miners Memorial trail, Super One Grocery, Downtown Ironwood and most all major attractions- many shops and bars within walking distance! Open floor plan w/lots of light, character & charm. Fully equipped kitchen, pillowtop mattresses, cozy bedding and linens, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, large front porch and full basement with new cedar sauna/shower & full size washer/dryers. Large yard offers plenty of space to park your snowmobiles and toys, and large back deck & fire pit to sit back, relax and enjoy.
You will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Lots of storage space in the front porch and full basement

We reside out of state, but available via phone/text/email. Immediate Family members live 4 blocks away and available if needed!
Super convenient location-close to US; street routinely plowed by the city. Very quiet neighborhood & neighbors, most are 2nd/3rd generation with family ties to Iron Mining. Ironwood is an old mining town w/ eclectic neighborhoods!... No HOA`s here:) Home situated on a large wooded lot which backs to the Iron Belle Trail; WALKING DISTANCE to shops, restaurants and bars. Strap on your ski’s and you’ll be in a nice warm bar within 5 minutes:)
ATV`s and Snowmobiles are welcome with plenty of on/off street parking.
Springtime! - Driveway can get muddy so please try to park on the paved area.
Entire driveway will be paved in 2022
Please advise in winter months so we can plow to accommodate your needs. In the winter months The city doesn’t allow vehicles to park on the street during evening & morning hrs.
Coffee Lovers: There is a regular coffee maker, Keurig and Nespresso machine. Some complimentary Nespresso capsules provided; however, not carried in the local stores so you may want to bring additional!!
New Beautyrest Platinum 15` Plush Pillow Top in the back/blue bedroom. This is slightly firmer than the pillowtop mattress in the front bedroom.
New central air/furnace and water heater all recently installed
Super private-The next-door neighbor is never there; it`s a second home and not used in winter and maybe one week in summer.
Firepit- There is a pile of misc wood for your use. Circle K gas station- 2 minutes away sells small bundles of firewood for $4-$5 if needed:)
Bikes, Cornhole, charcoal grill stored under deck. Bike lock code provided at check in. Tire pump on hook on back stairway

PETS!!! One small low maintenance dog allowed with owner approval:-). Please do not instant book if you have a pet; send an inquiry with pet details! Pets can not be left in the home unattended

House is so warm and welcoming! Everything you need and the host is absolutely amazing. We had 30inches of snow and she made sure we were plowed out. Super easy to communicate with. This is our 2nd stay and won’t be our last.

Cute and very comfy house. Very clear that every detail/need had been anticipated thoughtfully. The wine/coffee/tea/hot cocoa was a big hit with our family. My son had forgot his toothbrush and even that was anticipated and we easily found a pack of new toothbrushes under the bathroom sink. Love this place.
