Meadow View is a wonderful grown-up North Norfolk bolthole in the popular village of Binham. It is a stylish ground floor apartment for adults located in a stunning Grade II listed country house which dates back to the 16th Century and overlooks meadows and priory ruins.
Thoughtfully and stylishly designed for a perfect break away, the apartment is accessed via the imposing communal entrance hall of Abbey House which features a mosaic tiled flooring. Through the hall, there is a door leading to a separate corridor, where you will find the entrance to Meadow View. The stunning open-plan living area is flooded with natural light through mullion windows and has high ceilings and stunning views. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and the dining table provides plenty of space for two. The sitting room area has two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, that doubles up as a games table to make use of the games provided in the glass cabinet behind the door. The pretty bedroom has a king-size bed with two windows looking out to the front of the property and the bathroom has a bath with shower over. To the rear of the property, there is a bike store for keen cyclists and the communal gardens are extremely rich and diverse and have been beautifully landscaped - an ideal area to take your picnic rug and basket in the summer months.
