Where you will stay:
Sleeps 8. Bedroom 1: King Bed. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed. Sunroom: Queen Sleeper Sofa overlooking the pool. 2 Full bathrooms (1 disabled accessible) Additional Sleeping: 1 Pack n Play. Main room and each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV with streaming capabilities, guests bring their own service login.
Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is bright and open with new appliances and granite countertops, and plenty of prep space. Kitchen basics, Keurig coffee maker, dishware and flatware, ice maker, blender. Seating at the table for 6. Just one room over, our sunroom overlooks the pool and offers seating for 4, and a great place to play games. Off the kitchen is a desk that is perfect for remote work.
Living Room:
As you walk into the home, you are greeted with a large living room, with comfortable seating and a fun Florida design. It’s a great place for a cozy movie night and a 75-inch Smart TV with Roku streaming capability, guests bring their own service login.
The Sunroom:
Queen sleeper sofa overlooking the pool, as well as a table for 4 for game nights.

1. You are Personally Responsible for this house during your stay.
2. This home is in a quiet, residential upscale neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am daily. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. Under NO circumstances will guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
3. SECURITY: For your safety, this property includes security features such as smart locks and ring floodlight cameras, and door alarms on the sliding glass doors for pool entry. If cameras are covered, disabled, or blocked, or pool sensors removed- this will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/ violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
4. COMPLAINTS: Any complaints regarding the property must be expressed to the host immediately. Permission will be automatically granted for the host or assistants to enter the property to attempt to remedy any complaint. Any denied permission of entry automatically forfeits your request for a refund to the host or Airbnb, and/or space is determined suitable for the entire stay.

Note: Living in Florida means occasional encounters with local wildlife. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say Hello or found dead (this is good sign as the place is treated). This is just part of life in Florida! We will not offer refunds for these occurrences. If you spot a bug let us know, and we will gladly spray for you. We don’t anticipate any issues during your visit, but we wanted to keep you informed.
