About this house rental
This home is approx. 1500 sq feet of central air conditioning & heated space. Features a open format kitchen-dining-living room and double sliding glass pool access with full size washer and dryer. The eat-in kitchen area has plenty of space to host and seat the entire family. Best of all is your own private home with 85 inch TV where your whole family can snuggle up on the oversized sectional sofa and enjoy the many ways to watch your favorite films. There are 2 total office work spaces, 1 located inside bedroom for privacy with desks and office chair for all your remote office needs. Every room has a smart TV, you only need to log in with your own digital subscription or streaming service on our high speed Internet.
This home is the perfect blend of family and fun for all ages. Walk through the foyer and you’ll see a remote work space perfect for virtual meetings. We stayed at this beach house recently and had a mixed experience.On the plus side, the location is fantastic — close to the beach and perfect for a fun getaway. The amenities are definitely the highlight of the property. The pool and hot tub were great, the pool table added a lot of entertainment, and the large TV in the main living area made it a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was excellent — very well equipped and spacious, making it easy to cook meals for a group.That said, the home feels much more like a party house than a family-friendly retreat. The furniture is pretty worn and could really use a refresh. The couch and rug in the living area were heavily used, and the bedroom furniture was very basic and felt inexpensive. Linens were worn and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. We also ran into some inconvenience with missing remotes — there are five TVs in the house but only three remotes available, and some fan remotes were missing as well.Overall, if you’re a group of college friends looking for a fun place near the beach with great hangout amenities, this house could be a good fit. For families or guests looking for a more updated and comfortable interior, it may not meet expectations without some updates.

Loved the pool with spill over spa. Beautiful home with incredible kitchen. Well stocked and supplied with things many other VRBO’s lack (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). Very sad to be leaving. Will be back.
