Had a great stay here! The location was convenient for days at the beach. There’s a closet with beach toys, an umbrella, a few chairs, and a cooler - so helpful for us when flying in for the week! The house is spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the pool!! The hosts were responsive to questions. We’d gladly stay here again!

I would give everything 10 stars if I could!! Everything exceeded our expectations! The property and neighborhood are lovely. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Very child friendly. Private, quiet setting. We had a gathering of local and out of town family to celebrate two graduations. It was absolutely perfect!! Amazing kitchen and great room. The hosts provided an instruction book that was so helpful. They were very accommodating. Thank you so much, Ryan and Joy, for sharing your amazing home!!

This is a perfect house for a large family or 2 families. There was space for everyone to sleep and relax plus 3 full bathrooms. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighbors!) and a canal in the backyard that attracts a variety of birds. This is a perfect location for exploring the area: Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key Beach, Clearwater Beach and John’s Pass. The pool and hot tub were perfect for evenings at home or escaping windy days at the beach. Our only “issue” was traveling with teens and running out of hot water when everyone (8 of us) needed to shower but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the house. Ryan is an excellent host and quick to respond.
