Under the warm Largo sunshine, splash and play amidst the palms in the refreshing pool. Pair your afternoon dips with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill. With its excellent location on the water, enjoy watching passing boaters from the home's dock. Minutes from your front door, you can dip your toes in the sand at one of the area's beaches. While you are out and about, be sure to check out Largo Central Park, the Florida Botanical Gardens, Sand Key Park, Splash Harbour Water Park, and the area's numerous restaurants and shops.

When a break from the sun is warranted, settle down and get comfortable amidst the elegant living room seating. The second family room offers a cozy space to stream your favorite shows, and a wood-burning fireplace is available during the cooler season. As you explore the rest of the home, you will be delighted to discover important amenities like a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, internet access, and a board game collection.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
