1st Floor:
- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stocked for cooking & dining.
- Dining table for 8 + kitchen table for 6 + kitchen bar with seating for 4.
- 75” Smart TV in the living area + extra mattress in the garage if needed
- 65’’ Smart TV in the kitchen area
- Private pool/spa, fire pit, outdoor lounge/furniture+65” smart TV
- Beach gears:
Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, fishing poles.
2nd Floor:.
- Master Bedroom #1: King bed, 65” Smart TV, private bathroom, private balcony
Guests have access to the entire place, self-check-in with the door code
no keys, no hassle.
Parking on the driveway up to 4 cars
No party, No Smoking, No Pet
P/S: If you require pool and spa heating, there is a $100/day charge for pool and spa. The maximum pool temperature is 90f, and 24 hours' notice is required to activate.
The garage is for the owner's use only.
