The enclosed, flower-filled garden, furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a griddle, and a shaded terrace under a pergola, is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing moments. On the first floor: A large, air-conditioned living room with a pellet stove and a fully equipped kitchen: a four-burner ceramic hob and a filter coffee maker. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a toilet. One air-conditioned bedroom: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to make a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). One bedroom: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a mezzanine with the option of two additional sleeping spaces (one double bed, 140 x 190 cm). Two fans are provided. The cottage is heated only by pellet stove: a flat fee of €20 is mandatory and must be paid directly to the owner.
