It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room.

- An 18 m² living room with a sitting area, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
On the first floor, you will find :
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room (with shower) and WC
On the second floor you will find :
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
The house is ideally located in Quillan, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit to the Château de Quillan
- Visit to the Planal Caves
- Lake Quillan
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quillan, about 5-10 minutes' walk away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about 1 hour by car
