The Cocoonr agency is offering this 100 m² house for rent in Villefort, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over three floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
– A 40 m² living room with a TV, a fireplace (firewood provided), a sofa and a dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A separate toilet in the utility room.
On the first floor, you will find:
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190).
– A bathroom with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
On the second floor, you will find:
– Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190).
– Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) (this bedroom does not have shutters).
– A play area for children.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, fan.
Outside:
– A private 60 m² courtyard, facing north-east, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Villefort, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
– Walks and hikes in the surrounding area.
– Ski resort.
– Greenways.
– Dinosaur museum.
– Freshwater sports: rafting, canoeing, etc.
– Visits to medieval castles.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

– A car is essential to make the most of your stay.
– Nearest railway station: Espéraza, 20 km away.
– Nearest airport: Sud de France Carcassonne, 53 km away.
