Cocoonr agency offers this charming 105 m² house with mountain views in Serres to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a 42 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 42 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
A wood-burning stove is also available.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed (130x190)
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A beautiful 600 m² private enclosed garden to make the most of the fine weather.
- A south-facing 24 m² terrace with bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture. It offers a pleasant view of Mont Cardou.
The house is ideally located in Serres, in very pleasant surroundings.
