Location, location, location! Historic duplex built in 1903 - this spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath upstairs unit is steps away from Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk. It is flooded with sunlight and is such a cheerful and special place. There are two bedrooms, 1 full and 1 queen sized bed. The front room does NOT have a dresser, however the nightstand drawers are spacious and empty. The couch pulls out into a bed as well and would be best for children/shorter folks. All linens are 100% cotton. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent included! The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, blender and a variety of coffee machines (keurig, drip, French press), utensils and a selection of spices! There is also a cute little breakfast nook by the kitchen.

The apartment is conveniently located 1.4 miles from Live Oak Bank Pavilion, 2 miles from Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and a short distance from many wedding venues.
