A 16 minute walk thru historic Wilmington to get downtown. 4 minute walk to Castle St. Antique district w/shopping and restaurants. Stroll down the cobble stone streets to acclaimed restaurant RX, Wilmington Wine Bar, Cafe Luna, Jesters Cafe, Castle St. Kitchen and Antique shops. Newly remodeled in Jan. 2022. Craig is an awesome host. He really looks out for the customer. He stocks things other hosts do not: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags……….. We did not have to run right out to the grocery store. He checks on you after your arrival to make sure everything is to your liking. I would very highly recommend this house!

Craig’s home was lovely! Perfectly suited for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, hot water quality and pressure was perfect! We walked to Castle Kitchen Thursday night for dinner and loved it so much we returned Saturday for brunch. The house was also convenient for visits to both Carolina Beach and the Wilmington Riverfront area. We found a great restaurant at the riverfront called Sugo! All-in-all, an excellent stay at Craig’s
