A 16 minute walk thru historic Wilmington to get downtown. 4 minute walk to Castle St. Antique district w/shopping and restaurants. Stroll down the cobble stone streets to acclaimed restaurant RX, Wilmington Wine Bar, Cafe Luna, Jesters Cafe, Castle St. Kitchen and Antique shops. Newly remodeled in Jan. 2022. The house is amazing! It was absolutely perfect for my extended family! The downstairs master suite far exceeded my elderly parents' expectations and was perfect for their mobility challenges and privacy needs. We enjoyed the comfortable seating in the sunroom and in the backyard... where the string lights created the perfect atmosphere. The living room was a great gathering space for conversation and the dining room was just the right size for meals and family games. We enjoyed the eclectic decorations. So many really nice touches and a very responsive host! Combined with the great location, I can't wait to stay there again! I highly recommend this property!

Craig is an awesome host. He really looks out for the customer. He stocks things other hosts do not: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags……….. We did not have to run right out to the grocery store. He checks on you after your arrival to make sure everything is to your liking. I would very highly recommend this house!
