About this house rental
Historic charm without the crazy price. Only one block from downtown Wilmington, NC. Walk the river front and visit the many privately owned shops and restaurants of every imaginable kind. Visit museums or numerous historic sites dating back before the revolutionary war. You can also ride the various trolleys or horse drawn carriages. Maybe the famous ghost tour is more to your liking. Several beaches within 15 to 30 minutes. The downtown area is very supportive of our four legged friends.There is a little bit of everything for everyone. You can even do nothing at all and enjoy porch living at it's finest right at home.

The house was fantastic! Plenty of room. Easy parking. Restaurants and bars all within a block or 2. Only a 15 minute drive to beach. It is really a wonderful place!

Very spacious home with a beautiful courtyard area. Great for families. Location was unbeatable- we were able to walk to everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location for walking downtown. Brian was a great host and communicated well. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
