About this house rental
Award-winning architecturally designed home in the heart of St Peters, situated across from Precinct 75, boasting stores, coffee shops, and breweries. The house is spacious with an abundance of natural light; 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cinema with projector and surround sound. The luscious backyard is perfect for enjoying Sydney's summer nights with an outdoor table and BBQ.
NB: we have cats and don’t recommend this stay for those with allergies. The cats will not be there
Parking - The house includes an off-street parking spot, complete with security cameras for peace of mind.
Sydney-city - Getting into the city is quick and easy, with both St Peters and Sydneyham train stations just blocks away, each taking less than 8min to reach Central Station.
Newtown - King Street in Newtown holds some of the city's best restaurants and bars and is a roughly 30min walk away, or 5min bus from the end of the street.
Parks - Sydney Park is 5min down the road and a great spot for a morning walk, picnic or (on NYE) watch the harbour fireworks from afar.

PARTIES - No events are permitted at this accommodation.
ALLERGIES - No cats will be at the property during your stay however, cats normally reside here so the house is not recommended for those with severe allergies.
AIRCRAFT - Sydney Airport is uncommonly close to the centre of the city so you will see and hear aircraft. The house was built with high levels of sound insulation to mitiage this however, for those looking to avoid noise all together, consider accomodation in the outer suburbs or north of the harbour.
CONSTRUCTION - Currently Precinct 75 in undergoing construction. This can cause a significant amount of noise although, this varies from day to day so we're sorry to say, we cannot guarantee no noise during your stay. Again, the house is very well noise insulated.
