Stunning and modern 2 bedroom home in Newtown, the perfect base for your Sydney adventure. This beautifully styled home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with black out blinds and plenty of storage space. One with a cozy queen-size bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds. Two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, another one with a shower, ensure everyone's comfort. There is a white noise machine in the master bedroom for a better sleep.

* No smoking allowed
* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* Murphy bed can be provided upon request, for a fee if less than 5 guests booked.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 6 overnight guests, 3 day visitors, 9 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
* Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.

This property is outstanding.Every thoughtful detail from the luxurious linens to the off street parking.We had a fabulous stay and certainly hope to return.Our pup loved the fenced courtyard and we appreciated the safety it provided allowing us to relax during our stay.We highly recommend this property.
