Summary:
Our 3 Bedroom family home is located near the heart of Newtown, in an idyllic quiet street just off King St. Our spacious 2 storey home, is a classic Victorian terrace that has recently undergone a complete renovation and is now a beautiful modern home.
We have ducted air-con throughout the house, private parking for 1 car and an open plan kitchen/dining area that flows to our leafy garden
Located only moments from bustling King St this is the ideal location for a Sydney stay.
The Space:
Having recently undertaken an extensive high end renovation, our light filled home is fitted with stylish decor and modern amenities throughout.
The first Single bedroom is nestled near the entryway and the second and third bedrooms are upstairs, with a Double and Single in one and a Queen Bed in the other. The main bathroom is also located upstairs with a powder room downstairs opposite the fully equipped laundry room.
Our living area is fitted with a Smart Tv and flows down a few steps to the open plan kitchen and dining area which opens onto our patio via floor to ceiling glass bi fold doors.
Set in a highly sought after enclave in Newtown, only moments to RPA Hospital and Sydney Uni, this is an ideal family home to enjoy Sydney from.
