VILLA ALLEGRA - SYRACUSE AREA
Located close to the lively town of Syracuse on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, Villa Allegra consists of two modern units which share a swimming pool. Stylishly furnished, the villa is close to shops and restaurants in Syracuse (4 km) and ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area which includes the charming baroque towns of Noto and Ragusa, Mount Etna, and the popular town of Taormina.
Villa Allegra (240 sqm) consists of two adjacent ground floor villas. One of the villas, VILLA B, is closed off when the property is booked with the lower-occupancy price in the middle and lower season. Prices are the same for the high season and both sections will be open.
VILLA A
Villa A consists of an open plan living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa and chairs), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
VILLA B [CLOSED OFF]
Villa B consists of an open plan living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa and chairs), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds) and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside you will find a large garden (1000 sqm) with a salt-water swimming pool with hydro-massage corner (4m x 15m; depth 1.4m; open from 1 April – 30 November), two shaded outdoor dining/relaxation areas (with dining table and chairs), a lawn, barbecue and outdoor shower.
