It is made up of two adjacent units that have the same composition: both include a living area with dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom, two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Check-in time is from 16:00-21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed
A security deposit of 1.000,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas consumption, water consumption, electricity, final cleaning. Bath towels: midweek change. Bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned: midweek - 4 h. Pool towels: midweek change. Bed linen: weekly change, welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot, internet WiFi. Air conditioning: units in all rooms. Heating: heat pumps in all rooms
