Cottage central location with own private driveway

Loved the location, perfectly situated for the town centre, but still nice and quiet. The house is so beautifully furnished and designed; it really did feel quite 'bougie' and smelt gorgeous (no plug-ins like some dog-friendly places, so that was good, as those are not nice to breathe in!). We loved all of the rooms - shame no bath but the shower is lovely.

My only slight thing was that because there is no garden, if you have a dog which refuses to poo/wee on concrete, you may be walking around for a long time trying to make that happen! I would suggest the owners put down some astro turf on one section of the patio/front space as then he would have gone, so that made things a bit tricky at night time and first thing in the morning! But my dog is a bit of a prince and many others wouldn't care!!

Helaas was er geen toilet beneden. Ook miste ik een spiegel bij een stopcontact om bijv te föhnen.

Excellent location in walking distance to the town with a huge choice of bars and restaurants. The house was really beautifully presented and well equipped with everything we needed. Having the off street parking was a massive bonus. Great communication from the hosts and easy check in process.

Our hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive from the moment we booked through to the end of our stay. They provided clear and detailed information, answered all our questions promptly, and made us feel very welcome. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location in Abergavenny - just a couple of minutes walk into the lovely town centre. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like clean towels and bedding, a lovely welcome basket, and helpful instructions for the house and local area. Their restaurant recommendation was also excellent. We did have a minor issue with the heating, but the host came round immediately and resolved it, which we really appreciated.
