Amazing and modern studio.

The Property is located in the Centre of Gozo, close to the main street and walking distance supermarket/ restaurants. Parking is only available on the street, but it was easy to find during the evening.
I understand that the property offers budget friendly prices, so I was not expecting fancy accommodations. However the flat strongly needs proper maintenance and cleaning.
1.The Sofa Bed was broken.
2.The Shower door was broken
3.The Flat is on the ground floor, facing an internal patio, so there’s no direct sunlight. It was really dark, because out of the 4 ceiling lights, 1 was broken.
4.Also the lamps next to the bed were broken and not working.
4.The bed was broken and making noises.
6. There was no drainer in the shower floor(it probably broke and was not replaced).
However the main problem: The Apartment was not clean. It was dusty, there was mold in the shower floor . Also, there were bins for organic,mixed and recycled trash, however they were bagless.
Overall I do not recommend, the place needs proper maintenance and cleaning.
