Beautiful location, extremely well presented and kitted out. Everything we needed for a long weekend with friends. Off the beaten track and tucked out of the way - perfect for a quiet get away. Wirksworth was the perfect location to be based, enabled us to explore the Peaks and get some excellent walks done.
There was no shower other than the hose on the bath. The water pressure was so low we couldn't use the shower attachment and the bath took so long to fill. This was really disappointing after a long day out walking.

Tastefully decorated. Excellent beds and bedrooms. Location ( but see negatives )
Steep stairs with luggage. Finding a parking space with our modest car; don’t come in a monster truck or with a big fat camper van 🚐
