Nice comfortable Morden studio apartment I would have given a perfect mark but for the reasons listed in the next column.
The studio had everything except a TV (which was advertised) and an electric kettle. I had to boil water for my coffee in a pot.

Convenient, close to transport to central London Near shops and restaurants
Could do with a TV, iron and ironing board instead of going through the app, hiring an iron.

We had no clue about the breakfast arrangements. Location is accessible to public transport which is good as well as the Wi-Fi.
Basic instructions for in house equipment like microwave and the hot plate were not available. Basic cleaning equipment like mop, broom, dustpan and many others were not available. Smell of smoke through the windows, elevator and at the entrance.

The spa and gym was the best.
Just the drainage was taking a while to go down after shower and the place is hot.
