Studio 40 cosy compact space in quiet location in Seaford

We loved the setup of Studio 40. It had everything you could need. The property was spotless in a quiet location. We particularly liked being able to park outside the property. It was also a pleasant surprise that the hosts supplied beverage items and continental style items for breakfast, which we weren't expecting . All in all, we loved it and would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

What a great little studio. Perfect for a one night stay before our onward journey, and at a very reasonable price . It has everything we needed, a tiny but fully equiped kitchenette, comfy bed, , shower and toilet. Plenty of hot water. Didn't use the internet.. Safe parking. The lady owner {sorry Ive forgotten your name ) was very helpful, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Only about 5 mins walk into Seaford. There was a very informative booklet about the area, cafes, restaurants etc, which was helpful.

Nothing to complain about every thing was just fine

What a little gem! As a single traveller it was perfect. Kitchen was extremely well supplied with plenty of coffee/chocolate pods. Pre-packed croissants and pain au chocolate, jams etc. Butter packs in the fridge along with bottle of tap water. The bed was comfortable with enough room each side to move. Shower room was well appointed and plenty of hot water. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Off-road parking for family size car. Located in a quiet housing estate.

we were a bit chilly as electric heater seemed to take long time to warm up initially-lack of fresh air ventilation a problem as window in sleeping area opened up only to conservatory. window was completely covered so not able to look out on any view. so could be a little claustrophobic .we didnt find spare blanket until last day of stay as lodged under little fridge.
