This place is well maintained and has most of the things needed for convenient stay. Kitchen is well equipped, coffee machine exists and works. Bed is comfortable. WiFi was generally available.
There were some food leftovers in the fridge when we arrived. Also messages/questions sent to owner during the stay got no response. As windows are facing the street, it is noisy when opened, but nothing that could bew done about that obviously.

Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana y está a 7 minutos del centro en tranvía. El propietario responde rápido y es agradable
Para mi gusto le hace falta un poquito de limpieza más a fondo. La mampara de la ducha está bastante sucia y el polvo se notaba que estaba acumulado un mes. Por lo demás bien.
